Happy New Year. Hope y’all are already breaking your new year resolutions. *chuckle*
Yes, I know I haven’t put up a post in a while. Life as a daddy kinda gets in the way of writing these days.
But, I’ve got plans to write. I’m working on something that should be out next month.
In the meantime, I’ve started a new workout/diet plan with my friend turned weight loss coach, Olumide Alabi (henceforth referred to as DaddyFantastico. I’ve been complaining about how I’m overweight and all, so he volunteered his services, to see if I’ll be successful and burn all this excess flab I’ve got going on within twelve weeks. I’ve got things put down, so I decided to document my progress here, with you guys.
My regimen with DaddyFantastico involves a workout and diet change plan. It’ll entail me controlling what I eat, when I eat, and how I rev up my metabolism to help me burn fat. I’ll be giving him weekly reports on what I’ve been eating, and how well I’ve been sticking to my workout. I’ll also be posting here, on how I’m doing, challenges I’m facing and all that stuff.
The program starts tomorrow morning, making this week one, so I’m meant to actually log stuff today, but I kinda lost track of things, and didn’t get a weight scale and measuring tape. So I’m gonna start logging from next week.
In the mean time, wish me luck! We’ve gotta burn all that fat and become a fit daddy!
